Overview:

This tutorial walks you through creating and managing local users and groups on Windows 11 Professional.

This tutorial assumes you have the professional version of Windows 11 and NOT Windows 11 Home.

Proceedure:

Step 1. Use the key command Windows Key + R or open "Run".

Step 2. At the prompt type:

lusrmgr.msc

Step 3. Press enter and the "Local Users and Groups" manager will launch.
